1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by FBSub Net (fbsubnet.org), whether through our free utilities or our paid subscription service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms contain an arbitration provision that requires the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access your account. You agree not to disclose your password or access token to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

FBSub Net is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, the terms and policies of the social media platforms the Service interacts with (e.g., Meta/Facebook).

3.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service to send spam, unsolicited content, or bulk messages.
• Attempting to interfere with the integrity or security of the Service or the social media platforms.
• Using the Service in any manner that could be deemed abusive, threatening, or harassing.
• Generating excessive engagement or followers in a manner intended to violate platform terms or mislead consumers.
• Reselling, transferring, or subleasing the Service without explicit written permission from FBSub Net.

3.2 Platform Risk Acknowledgment

You understand and acknowledge that all social media platforms (including Facebook) strictly govern the use of automation tools. While FBSub Net strives to maintain compliance, your use of automation tools may carry a risk of temporary or permanent account suspension by the platform. You agree that FBSub Net shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or account suspension resulting from your actions or your use of the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments (Paid Service)

4.1 Billing

The paid services are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or FBSub Net cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our support team.

4.3 Fee Changes

FBSub Net, in its sole discretion, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms or any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FBSub Net, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
